Ensure the Bluetooth is On, and in the App Settings on the smart phone, permissions for accessing the Camera, Photos and videos, and Location are selected. If the error persists, as with any other electronic gadgets, reset the Ahad PRTE by turning it Off (keep pressing multifunction button for 10 seconds) and then turning it back On to clear its memory and cache.
Like any other general Muslim Apps, the Ahad PRTE App is linked to PrayTimes.org (public domain), which is not updated regularly, so salah times are inaccurate. With the exception of Government or Islamic organization App and website in that local region and country, which are updated regularly as such are very accurate. As a Note in the User Manual, recommended to check and wait 5-10 minutes before salah, and/or double-check the salah times in that region and country.
At this given time frame until Duha which is approximately 30 minutes indicates that salah is forbidden.
